दर्दे सितम हैं के थमने का नाम नहीं।
जख्मों को सीया बहुत, ख़ुशी का जाम नहीं।
किसको सुनाऊ मैं हाल ऐ दिल, कोई मेरा महबूब नहीं।
जी रहा हु के हु मैं जिन्दा, इतनी भी मुझे सूध नहीं।
बेकार पड़ा हु कोने में, फिर भी मुझे आराम नहीं।

बहुत कुछ कर गए हम, मगर किसी को कोई अहसान नहीं।
आंसुओ का उमड़ा सैलाब, कभी होठों पे मेरे मुस्कान नहीं।
मरे को मारना फितरत यारो की, के दूजा कोई काम नहीं।
दर्दे सितम हैं……………………..
बहुत किया बर्दास्त अब सहने की ताकत नहीं।
ना दर्द चाहिए ना सुनूं किसी ख़ुशी की चाहत नहीं।
थक गया इस ज़िंदगी से ढलती जीवन की शाम नहीं।

टूट गए सारे ख़्वाब, ज़िंदगी में कोई सपना नहीं।
हर कोई मतलबी यार, इस जहां में कोई अपना नहीं।
चले यारो, पीया जो ज़हर वो अमृत का जाम नहीं।

Lots of wounds, no jam of happiness.

I am living that I am alive, I do not even care that much.
